The Team Coordinator shall:
- ensure that the team carries out all its functions effectively and efficiently;
- call all meetings of the team and in consultation with team members set the agenda for the meetings;
- assure the chapter members are kept apprised of the work of the team;
- represents the chapter at the Regional President's meetings (usually at regional music schools.)

- ability to communicate and listen effectively

- ability to facilitate discussions/meetings
- ability to follow-through and meet deadlines
- understanding of international and chapter by laws and rules
- ability to facilitate planning and implementing short-term and long-range goals
